- No required personal data by default. The Product operates without requiring account creation.
- Support communications (optional). If you email us, we receive the address and content you send to resolve your request.
- Anonymous usage & diagnostics. We may process non-identifying information such as feature usage counts and error events to improve reliability. This data cannot reasonably identify you.
- Website technical logs. Standard web logs (e.g., IP address, user agent) may be kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
How We Use Information

We do not sell your data. We do not share personal information with third parties except (i) service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality, or (ii) when required by law.
Chrome Extension Permissions
The extension may request only the minimum permissions needed for core features. When prompted, Chrome will show a permissions dialog.

If future features require additional permissions, you will be notified by Chrome and may choose not to grant them.
Data Storage, Retention & Security
- Local-first. Settings are stored in your browser using Chrome storage where possible.
- Server data (if any). We retain only what is necessary for functionality and delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
- Security. We apply industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring).
- Children. The Product is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your Choices & Rights
- Opt-out. You can uninstall the extension at any time.
- Access/Deletion. You may request a copy or deletion of identifiable information you provided (e.g., support emails). See contact below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
Terms of Service
By installing or using OnetoBot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
